1.  Are there any side effects with glutathione?

2.  Can someone with soy allergies take EssentialPRO™ and Essential GSH™?

Yes. The phosphatidylcholine used in EssentialPRO™ and Essential GSH™ is derived from soy. However, the allergenic soy protein is removed prior to manufacturing. The base is then tested to verify that the allergenic portion has been removed.
